The coil has over heated or burnt out..

If the coil has over heated or burnt out..
1) The plunger might be stucked in the tube or adherent on the orifice due to dirt or corrosion
Solution : Ensure that the inside of the core tube and plunger are clear. Use filter prior to valve if needed.

2) Due to higher inlet pressure, plunger couldn't get attracted.
Solution : Check your maximum pressure of the valve.

3) Power supply might be wrong or higher.
Solution : The supplied voltage can be maximum %10 more than nominal voltage.

4) Coil might be exposed to water or excess moisture.
Solution : A seal must be used connection between coil and connector and it must not be immersed in water.
