The valve is not closing when the coil is de-energized..

If the valve is not closing when the coil is de-energized;

1) The valve might be reverse installed towards flow

Solution : Ensure that the valve is installed by the correct flow direction according to indictor on valve's body

2) The plunger might be stucked in the tube or adherent on the orifice due to dirt or corrosion

Solution : Ensure that the inside of the core tube and plunger are clear. Use filter prior to valve if needed.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3) Pilot orifice or/and main orifice might be damaged by corrosion.

Solution : Replace with the original one

4) In the maintenance process, some components might be lack or reverse installed or assembled wrong in order.

Solution : Check it by the assembling diagram
