The valve is not opening when the coil is energized..

If valve is not opening when the coild energized;

1) Power supply might be low, wrong or none. It should be sending to correct voltage and frequency to the coil.
Solution : Check your power supply, coil and connections.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2) Wrong position valve might be chosen. Normally Closed Solenoid Valve goes open position when it is energized and Normally Open Solenoid Valve is closed when it is energized.
Solution : Check the position of the valve by its order code
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3) Pilot Orifice might be clogged.
Solution : Take the core tube(stem) apart and clean the all components in it and orifice as well.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4) Diaphragm, seal or piston might be damaged.
Solution : Replace with the new sealing part
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5) The plunger might be stucked in the tube or adherent on the orifice due to dirt or corrosion
Solution : Disassemble the core tube and clean the plunger and inner surface of the core tube
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6) Inlet pressure might be higher than the maximum operating pressure
Solution : Check if the line pressure is comply with the product's informed pressure on catalogue
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7) The differeantial pressurue (P1-P2) might not be enough to operates the valve
Solution : Check your line pressure. Indirect (pilot operated) solenoid valves need an appropriate differantial pressure to work and never be able to work in closed loop nor gravity feed systems.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8) Coil might be burnt out
Solution : Replace with the original one
